What are the typical event timings and access arrangements for dining events?

Events typically run from 18:30 to 00:00 for evening dining occasions. Access times can be arranged based on your setup requirements, with the venue able to accommodate specific timing needs for your event.

Is there a mandatory service charge on food and beverage, and what additional costs should I expect?

Yes, there is a mandatory 10% service charge on all Food & Beverage purchases, which is exclusive of the minimum spend requirement. All room hire and minimum spend figures quoted include VAT, but the service charge is additional to these amounts.

How does the booking process work and what is a 'joint option'?

Quotes are initially provided as 'joint options' meaning the space is offered on a first-come-first-serve basis and is not on hold. You must inform the venue if you want to place a provisional hold on the booking in their system to secure the date.

The venue offers Christmas packages at £145 per person inclusive of VAT (minimum 100 attendees) including prosecco on arrival, three-course dinner, half bottle of house wine, water, coffee and mince pies.
