The Events Centre is a purpose built, multi functional conference and events space. Accommodating up to 400 guests theatre, or 240 for a dinner. Located on the lower ground floor, it is easily accessible for all to reach.

Oak room

Capacity: Up to 160 Theatre guests

In the early years of the alst century, a new wing was added to the original hotel building. Known as the Klondyke Wiine - because it opened in the same year as the famous gold rush - it boasts some of the grandest most beautiful crafted rooms in the entire hotel. Chief among these is the Oak room, which combines oak panels and decorative carvings with double-height sash windows and sweeping views of the hotel gardens and Minster.

Ebor

Minster

Capacity: Up to 60 Reception guests

Sophisticated and filled with natural light, the Minster features a neutral, contemporary décor and overlooks our beautifully landscaped hotel gardens, with prime views of York Minster in the distance. Located on the ground floor near the business centre, the Minster is the ideal main meeting room or large syndicate space, combining professional functionality with a welcoming and elegant atmosphere.

Wedgewood

Capacity: Up to 85 Theatre guests

Located on the first floor, directly above the Oak Room, the Wedgewood Room features elegant interiors that serve as a sophisticated, neutral canvas to bring your wedding vision to life. Its ornate Adams-style plasterwork blends historical charm with contemporary sophistication, creating a truly memorable setting. Fully licensed for romantic ceremonies, the Wedgewood also provides an exquisite backdrop for your wedding breakfast, ensuring every moment of your celebration is elegant, intimate, and unforgettable.

Capacity: Up to 85 Theatre guests

Situated on the first floor, The Crown is a versatile and sophisticated room offering captivating views of York Minster.
